Are the readers of this blog perverts or just suckers for a racy title? As some of you know I am conducting a social media experiment to find out why some postings get only single figure hits whilst others are in the hundreds. So far the experiment is not going well. Having come across a posting by a fellow blogger which had 10x as may hits as the average posts I decided to use the same topic, addressed to the same audience and even use the same title just with part 2 added. I threw in some carefully researched cultural references known to be of interest to the target audience (Star Trek, Dr Who and The Big Bang Theory). To increase my chances of success I also tweeted hoping that this would be picked up by some of the big players but no luck so far. I wrote up the experiment to date in How to get more hits on your blog. So imagine my disappointment when reviewing my previous postings I find that I snared many more of you with 50 Shades of management.
