Glasgow Gritting - Lesley Duff

Glasgow City Council in collaboration with IRISS have just released the Glasgow Gritting website

• Real-time tracking information from the council's fleet of gritting vehicles, mapping which areas have been gritted
• Route maps for all the areas intended to be gritted
• Winter advice
• Links to winter advice and gritting routes for other Scottish Councils
• RSS feed of activity

All the data used to generate the site is downloadable from the Open Data section we would encourage any reuse of this data.

In due course source code for the web site will be made available.
