Hi, I have a dispute with my local authority regarding free go fee.
I submitted a planning application for 3 dwellings which was refused and I have now submitted a new application with additional information to deal with the reasons for refusal. My planning authority will not accept that this is a free go as 5 years ago there was an application for part of the site for a single dwelling. They say that as the applicant had a free go with the other application some 5 years ago then this precludes having a free go with this new/extended site even though it’s for a different development.
This is clearly not in accordance with ref 9.
Any comments or suggestions how to deal with this?
