I am currently reviewing the current system we use for housing monitoring and SHLAA.
We currently use cdpsmart (online database) for housing monitoring and an Excel spreadsheet for SHLAA. So currently we have two separate databases. Cdpsmart is a godsend database but sadly my authority needs to start saving money so I have to find alternative database.
Ideally it would be nice to have a combine database (housing monitoring and SHLAA together as one database).
I have looked into Plan Monitoring module in UNI-form to see if this would work and I notice it doesn't have all fields I would need, for example there are no fields to record projected completions for each financial year as this is important for the SHLAA housing trajectory. Do people use Plan Monitoring module for any monitoring work?
I would be interested to know what system(s) or software(s) people use for housing monitoring and SHLAA.
(I have raised this issue in another thread in IDOX Planning as well so apologies for those who are members in both groups - thought I should kill two birds with a stone!)
