Last week we sent a survey out to local authorities to look at the impact of the recent affordable housing exemptions introduced at the end of last year.
Individual links to the survey have been sent to Directors/Heads of planning in all local planning authorities.
We’d be really grateful if councils could take the time to complete it.
The deadline is 17th February.

The survey results will be fed into our lobbying and advocacy work and used in our discussions with Ministers about the impact these changes will have on the delivery of affordable housing in local areas.
