thresholds other than major / minor - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hiya,

I'm wondering if anyone has policy thresholds other than simply 'major' in any of their adopted plans in order to capture scales of dev lower than major... we've been getting some challenge to a threshold of 500 sq.m GIA (for non resi) / 1 unit or more (for resi) and curious as to how other Local Plans have addressed.
