Infrastructure Delivery Programme - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi - We are looking to commission consultants to produce an Infrastructure Delivery Programme/Plan (IDP) to support our Local Plan.  Just wondering whether anyone has recently done this and, if so, how much did it cost, who did you use and what did it include?  If anyone can provide me with some information I would be very grateful.  I can be contacted at emma.farrimond@liverpool.gov.uk.
