Local Development Orders - Enterprize Zones - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

With the first four announced today I think many planners will be interested in the form and nature of the LDOs - especially for Birmingham City Centre - which you can guess is probably going to go down the form of an american style 'form based code' or continental city centre design code. Probably the first step towards the UK planning system adopting best practice from the rest of the world from which we have sadly slipped behind. Nothing I can see on the LEP or council websites - is this something PAS has been involved in advising on Richard?
