Re: National Planning Policy Frameworks & Saved Polices - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

A number of authorities only adopted plan are local plans that contain only saved policies. My question is as these polices where saved by the planning inspectorate after having been assessed as compliant with national guidance namely the PPS and PPG, as the new National Planning Framework is to be introduced in April which will delete the majority of PPS and PPG will these saved polices still be applicable as they have not been tested against current guidance
