Innovative ways to use Objective software (formerly limehouse)

Does anybody know of any LPA’s which use Objective (or a similar online engagement software) for continuous engagement (through the use of forums and user poles etc)? Basically I’m looking for examples on how to use the software more effectively and promote a better dialogue with our LDF consultees. I would also be interested to know peoples opinions on the use of social networking in plan preparation. Thanks Kirsty

Plymouth City Council use it for a range of consultations, surveys, feedback, forums etc - have a look at http://plymouth.consult.limehouse.co.uk/portal.

Unfortunately we have taken it down now (the consultation has closed) but via YouTube we made a video and posted it onto Limehouse providing visitors with information on an AAP. This included explaining a bit about the AAP and then a walking tour of the town and proposed development sites. It has had over 800 views. The YouTube link is - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuOvO5AY7KU Happy to provide you with some more information if helpful. Suzanne
