Consultation responses from Core Strategy for new Local Plan - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We are looking to compile an audit trail for our new Local Plan, after our core strategy was found unsound. We intend on using the past responses to the extensive consultation we did for the Core Strategy. Could anyone offer some advice or a framework as to how they incorporated or demonstrated how they had used these past responses? Thanks Caroline
