Representations on Proposed Submission Development Plan Documents - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Stratford-on-Avon District Council is gearing up for the six week period for representations to be made on its Core Strategy. We would be interested to know how local authorities have dealt with representations that are not on the prescribed form. Can they be treated as not duly made, or returned to the person to be resubmitted on the form, or are we obliged to deal with them as submitted? Any advice would be very helpful.
