Online Info - Neighbour Letters - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

At present we at St Helens are scanning in neighbour letters as they are received (redacting them beforehand). This is taking a huge amount of resource, and I was curious to see if any other authorities with scanning them whilst the application was still undetermined, and also how much of them was being redacted? thanks Tracey Carter St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council.
