Application Notification
My authority has notified neighbouring properties by post since the mid-1980's and always seen it as best practice. However the recent increase in postal charges forces me to reconsider the means by which applications are publicised and I am reviewing whether to change to a site notice only procedure. Before I proceed are there any procedural or LGO bear traps I should know about? Thanks guys
