This affects the social housing relief and provides an extension of mandatory relief to non-registered providers when they are providing homes for affordable rent – to bring them into line with Registered providers

I keep my own composite edition of the CIL Regs - Reg 49 - (2) now reads...

(2) For the purposes of this regulation, a qualifying dwelling is a dwelling which satisfies at least one of the following ~~two~~ ~~four~~ five conditions.

Which tells its own story - legislative entropy.

Its a good job the Government is simplifying the planning system!
