Please can anyone help me with the likely overall costs of setting up and administering CIL? Is anyone happy to share their own costs with me? or can anyone advise what the main variables are in trying to work out what the costs of setting up and administering CIL may be? I can do the costs for getting the CIL charging schedule through examination and adopted; it is the costs of setting up the admin system to collect CIL, etc. that I am struggling with.
If anyone can give me an idea how long setting up the admin is likely to take that would be helpful too.
