Hi there. Are there any transport planners out there that can give me a quick steer as to how Local Transport Plans are being progressed under the emerging Local Development Plan process? Are they still being progressed as separate, stand-alone statutory documents or are they being subsumed within 'Local Plans'? What sort of approaches are being taken by LPAs to assimilate LTPs into broader startegic planning frameworks? Thanks in advance.
