Mandatory Social Housing Relief - evidence of separate management accounts - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We have had a request for 100% Social Housing Relief on a site and in Section A3 of CIL Form 2, they have stated that the organisation operates separate management accounts for public service and commercial activities, and the form states "please supply evidence". What evidence should we be expecting here? They have submitted a diagram of the legal structure of the companies but I am not sure if anything else is required?
