Stables CIL liable?

What is the general view on stables with regards to CIL liability?

If there are stables to be erected within the curtilage of a residential dwelling would this be considered chargeable floorspace, and vice versa if it's proposed to be demolished and has been in lawful use as a stable then would it be discountable from chargeable floorspace?

For stables that are constructed on agricultural land, would these be CIL chargeable floorspace if they are over 100 sqm?

Thanks in advance.

My approach would be that if the stables are within a residential curtilage for domestic use they would be CIL liable if over 100 sq m.

We don't levy CIL on agricultural development so stables on agricultural land would not be CIL liable.

Not sure I agree with Simon as stables aren't usually agricultural.

We would charge the CIL rate that we have for "all other types of development". This includes B8 uses and agricultural buildings.
