Planning Committee Site Visits - Legality - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hello, could anyone confirm please whether the legislation via the below link is what currently applies to site visits for planning committee members?

I reached this legislation by following the answer to FAQ 1.5B on PAS and clicking the legislation link within that answer and then clicking through the revoked legislation.
