Re: Definition of a Parish or Community Council for 50% reduction in planni - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

On the Planning Portal the Planning Fee's list refers to Parish or Community Council's being entitled to a reduction of 50% on the planning fee. However I understood this reduction was applied to only Town and Parish Council's rather than a community group generally. Is this correct - can you only apply for the reduced fee if you are a Town or Parish Council? or Could a group who want to apply to erect a war memorial, separate to the Town Council also come under this category for the purposes of a fee reduction?
