Post Application Agreements

Has anyone used one of these yet or contemplating using them in the future? Whilst, everyone seems to understand the PPA process, I am struggling to understand how we might usefully use this tool given that an application will have been submitted and the clock will be ticking. Any views gratefully received.

HI Mike PAS are starting some work on this - idea is to come up with some templates and thoughts around when and how they might be best used. We'll start this soon, so hopefully have something out and about for people to use, if they want to, March ish. But, be interested in people's thoughts on this.
