Creation of BAP Habitats alongside development

At an Natural England event, a Local Plan policy was mentioned that sought the creation of a BAP habitat on all development sites of 5 dwellings or more. In practice this may be a pond or a species rich hedgerow. Unfortunately, the person citing the example couldn't remember which lpa it was.

Has anyone come across this or a similar policy? or any good examples of Local Plan policies that achieve similar habitat creation alongside development?
