GPDO Part Q (Agricultural Buildings to Dwellinghouses) - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Please could somebody advise whether Part Q is still set to expire in May 2016 or whether the PD Right has been extended to 2019 please?  ... Looking for a quick response as I wish to tie one up for a client and will need to move very quickly if the Right has not been extended.
