BREEAM Water Calculator - do you refer to it in your Local Plans? - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We have a policy that seeks water efficiency in non resi developments. We refer to the BREEAM water calculator. I got in touch with BREEAM to ask how to use the calculator and what their involvement is and how much etc but did not get that much of a useful response. If you use this, or other BREEAM things, please could you let me know the process etc? Thanks.
