CIL Payment Deferral Requests - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hello everyone, we've had our first request since the new regulations came in and were wondering what other authorities are asking developers to provide to demonstrate regulation 72A(1)d (P is experiencing financial difficulties for reasons connected to the coronavirus resulting in difficulty paying that amount) applies to them?
