Completion Notices - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

My Local Authority are looking at Completion Notices in respect of a non-redevelopment of a site within a Con Area located centrally within a busy market town. Has anyone had any experiences of such a notice, and what was outcome, etc. Details please. Many thanks James
