Are any LPAs revealing Neighbourhood Plan Areas under question 1.2 of the CON29 Searches form? Would it be at the point at which a NA has consulted on a NP - as something that is proposed rather than existing (adopted). Or should it be revealed that there is a neighbourhood planning area in general. I would be interested to hear how others are dealing with this. I have copied below the question. 1.2 Planning designations and proposals: "What designations of land use for the property or the area, and what specific proposals for the property, are contained in any existing or proposed development plan?"
