LEPS, plan-making and funds - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I noticed the announcement in the Autumn statement about the money allocated to LEPs for making growth-focused plans. It is significant. Given the wealth of hard-won experience that must exist amongst the eyeballs that see these forums, what sort of questions or advice spring to mind ?
