I am hoping to hear views on the usefulness of SPDs and the extra costs that they may result in for developers. I would appreciated examples of SPD's that provide a level of detail that makes life easier for a developer to deliver their scheme e.g. S106 contributions, design standards, site development brief etc Also whether the impact on viabiity of development was directly addressed in the creation of the SPD.
