Submission of Reserved Matters

It's too early in the morning and my brain is not working. When it comes to reserved matters is all that is necessary to keep an outline permission 'alive' the SUBMISSION of the application for reserved matters, or does it say somewhere that I can remember that the application also has to be VALIDATED within the 3 years?? Many thanks.

Michael Hope you've picked up now we're well into the afternoon! In terms of your question, I think it's one and the same. For an application to be classed as 'submitted', it must be valid.
