Hi there. Are there any transport planners out there that can give me a quick steer as to how Local Transport Plans are being progressed under the emerging Local Development Plan  process? Are they still being progressed as separate, stand-alone statutory documents or are they being subsumed within 'Local Plans'? What sort of approaches are being taken by LPAs to assimilate LTPs into broader startegic planning frameworks?
