<p>Person trying to obtain 10 year rule for dog grooming business. This cabin was partly on our land in 2014, we moved it back for our </p> <p>Neighbour, but now realise it is still partially on our land. Does this stop the 10 year rule. Also supplied electric to person by way of prepaid cards.</p> <p>Stopped in 2019 as contract to supply electric had reached its date.
