  Neighbourhood Plan body with an indicative housing figure taking
  account of the latest LHN at the time. The LHN was revised in March
  this year, and the NP was submitted to the Council just after this was
  published. Is it ok for the NP to proceed to its Reg 16 consultation,
  examination and potential referendum on the basis of the indicative
  housing figure provided prior to the latest LHN? &lt;/p&gt;</summary>
