    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;We are considering the implications of changes coming into effect on
  15th June to the Building Control Approved Documents F, L , O and S on
  the planning conditions we currently imposes to require vehicle
  charging points and energy efficient buildings (we ask for a 19%
  reduction compared to current building regulation standards). One view
  is that we should no longer ask for these by planning conditions and
  instead from now on defer to these matters to Building Regulations
  approval. I'm interested to know if anyone has already considered this
  and what conclusions you came to. Thanks&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
