Hi All, just wondering if anyone had dealt with this before. I'm
trying to find out if transitional housing for homeless people can be
included in the five year supply. This is a new development type for
us and I wondered if anyone had any success with defending its
inclusion at appeal. We have two schemes, one is more of a communal
type development and the other is a block of studio flats. I'm
thinking that if I put it in it may give the impression that we are
not supplying enough affordable housing. Just not clear what to do
with it - its not mentioned in the Housing Supply and Delivery
guidance. Thanks
