	I am currently looking at conditions and was wondering&amp;nbsp;if anybody has got any evidence in case law/appeal decisions on what the definition of minor is? Particularly in relation to retail are there any decisions which point towards an amount or percentage of floorspace or turnover.&lt;/p&gt;
