    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Hi. I'm not aware of any such case law, and would be surprised if there was any relating to sequencing, bearing in mind the NPPF (Dec 2023) says at paragraph 3: "The Framework should be read as a whole (including its footnotes and annexes)."&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
