&lt;p&gt;But as ever the real question is whether the proposed change of use from A to B appears to be&amp;nbsp;a material change of use within the meaning of S55 of the Act&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;When the new use is not materially different to the existing Sui Generis use if consider also to be Sui Generis.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, as the Sui use class is considered to be "of its own kind" then this would be a very short list.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
