    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Heard of one example where a data centre built with waste heat from the (significant) cooling needs being used for a swimming pool adjacent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;not an answer to the post as such, but an example where policy might nudge towards innovative solns. will they all have solar panel roofs for example offsetting their high C emissions...? will they collect waste heat ? will proposals be viewed more favourably if C neutral&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
