<p>i wonder if you can help me</p>

<p>I’m developing a land to include 6 flats and a shop in Harrow borough.</p>
<p>The development is taking time due to lack of finance, but progresses very slowly.</p>
<p>Two years ago I received two invoices from Harrow council which one is HCIL ( Harrow community infrastructure Levy) around 65k and another MCIL(Mayoral Community infrastructure Levy) around 21k.</p>
<p>I been paying £1000 every month towards the invoices for the last 2 years.</p>
<p>There are around 60k outstanding.</p>
<p>How ever</p>
<p>Last two months I’ve received two more similar invoices with different reference numbers,</p>
<p>One invoiced a HCIL - SC for amount of around 11k and another MCIL-SC for amount of around 3k.</p>
<p>I’m confused now, not sure how many Levy Charges there are and no one in council reply to my phone calls or emails.</p>
<p>I wonder if anyone knows about it.</p>
<p>The original first two invoices was handled with a person who has left the council since and the new ones are sent by another person whose I can’t reach to talk.</p>
