&lt;p&gt;Is there a time requirement for a LPA to supply an agreed worded s106 to a successful (dependent on s106 conditions) planning applicant.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i.e. "application is approved subject to ABC being agreed within a s106 agreement" should the applicant be expected to wait for a number of weeks or months once the wording within the s106 has been mutually agreed.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
