<p>Is there a time requirement for a LPA to supply an agreed worded s106 to a successful (dependent on s106 conditions) planning applicant.</p>
<p>i.e. "application is approved subject to ABC being agreed within a s106 agreement" should the applicant be expected to wait for a number of weeks or months once the wording within the s106 has been mutually agreed.</p>Richard Mulholland2018-10-15T16:59:48Z
