<p>I wonder if anyone can help advise this charity I am involved in please?</p> <p>The RSPCA premises is a large broad-leaved ancient woodland. A small part of the site (less than 5%) serves as an animal hospital for wild species. The centre is very active within the local community in a relatively deprived area, hosting events particularly for children.</p> <p>They would like to build a viewing platform or den like structure in the woods. They&nbsp;hope to build with sustainability in mind, with as minimal impact on the environment as possible. They&nbsp; will be using this opportunity to teach young people life skills whilst also educating them on habitats and their local environment.</p> <p>Would this require planning permission and/or building regs?</p>
