Recent research has seen a split in LPA's including the once standard wording which came about in 2012. </p>
<p>The policy raises a major issues where there are already potential key conflicts with polices (highways/environmental etc), and the proposal is found to be in accordance with the development due to out of date policies/no five year housing land supply.</p>
