    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Hi does anyone know how the eligibility criteria for being entered onto a self-build register with a Council (British citizen or EEA member) will be affected post-Brexit? Will EEA citizens (and Swiss citizens) still be eligible afterwards? I have checked the NPPG on this, and have not heard about any changes to eligibility criteria. Many thanks&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
