Planning Guarantee:&nbsp; I have been contacted by an LPA who has been asked for a return of their fee by an applicant for an EIA development&nbsp; who was held up in their determination by the delay in the applicant submitting supplementary EIA analysis subsequent to their amendment of the proposals.<br />
I am interested to hear from anyone who has had experience of the planning guarantee biting them. Not looking for costs or fine detail , but a short explanation of what the problem was would be helpful.
