    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;The Local Plans Expert Group makes far-reachin,g&amp;nbsp;radical proposals about objectively assessed housing need and housing requirements. The proposals are tucked away in Tracked Changes at Appendix 6 of the LPEG report. They are much more important than they look, with&amp;nbsp;major implications for planning. Read all about it in the attached short paper.&lt;/p&gt;
