<p>The Planning Portal is partnering with Socitm’s Better Connected in a half-day workshop about improving the customer AND council experience of planning through digital.</p> <p>In this video, Sarah Chilcot, deputy director at the Planning Portal urges local authority planners and digital teams to attend the event side-by-side to share experience and learn from the innovators. &nbsp;</p> <p>The event is part of a two-day programme bringing together public service leaders at all levels, across a range of services on the journey to digitally supported delivery.
