objection to a Planning Panel.</p>
<p>If the numbers are restricted and many more apply to speak should it
be those who first requested to speak be allowed.</p>
<p>The above does not include Town and Parish Councillors, Ward
Councillors or County Councillors or other consultees who will also be
allowed to speak and a strict time is enforced for each speaker.</p>
