    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;We plan to begin Regulation 18 consultation on a new local plan next
  year with a view to pre-submission publication in Summer/Autumn 2021
  and submission in early 2022.  Currently, we have a 2017 accommodation
  assessment for travellers to inform the preparation of the new plan.
  Anyone have experience or advice on whether Inspectors are likely to
  seek a more up-to-date evidence base which takes account of any
  changes in circumstance - including local considerations around
  planning permissions/breaches of planning control and emerging case
  law/practice in the intervening period?&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
